The York - Credit Valley episcopal area consists of 57 parishes. The oldest parish is St. Peter's, Erindale,
dating back to 1825, and the newest church is St. Elizabeth, Mississauga, opened in 2003.
There are three Out of the Cold programs, and a number of parishes run foodbanks.
